#Speculations: my Honkai Nexus Anima animaster fancast + birthday guesses | 崩壊：ネクサスアニマ

So with nothing much announced on the official Honkai: Nexus Anima website in regards to the animasters (ie. the human characters who own pets out of the fictional creatures that the game's named after) aside from their names and looks, I've taken it upon myself to create a whole list o' English + Japanese VAs that I'd like to be voicing these characters, as well as my guesses in regards to the birthdays they'll have (and ESPECIALLY bcuz the HSR characters still don't have their official birthdays listed afaik).

(DISCLAIMER: I started writing this post before Nexus Bond Test registrations got closed down - also some of my VA choices for this fancast may sound too out-of-reach for whatever studios Hoyo hires... but I've explained them bcuz in the words of the Okinawan Queen of J-Pop for Eternity that is Amuro Namie-chan: "I do what I want, I do what I like.")

Nanafey

Hua

  • Who I'd cast for his English VA: Crystal Kay (BTVA page) - afaik most of the voice roles Crystal Kay's done are for Japanese dubs but ik she can speak fluent English as well so >_>
  • Who I'd cast for his Japanese VA: Oomoto Ayano (better known as Perfume's Nocchi) - same case as w/ a~chan >_>
  • What I'd expect his birthday to be: February 15 

Cassio Rollex

  • Who I'd cast for his English VA: Bryce Papenbrook (BTVA page)
  • Who I'd cast for his Japanese VA: Koda Kumi - I honestly feel like Koda Kumi should venture into voice acting as another way for her to keep that money coming into her bag aside from live music performances and goodness knows what else >_>
  • What I'd expect his birthday to be: December 23

Maple Manybell

  • Who I'd cast for her English VA: Cristina Vee (BTVA page) - if Cristina turns out to be the one voicing Maple in the final version then she might have another Hoyo girl to add to her VA resumé besides Miyabi from ZZZ >_>
  • Who I'd cast for her Japanese VA: Nishino Kana - same case as w/ Koda Kumi
  • What I'd expect her birthday to be: November 13

Victus

Closing notes

I was originally gonna add some fancasts + birthday speculations for Kiana (whose HI3 counterpart turns out to already have a birthday of her own), Blade, and Kumyo Kyo (aka that Japonesque-looking Aether expy) to this post as well but... I won't get to them for now, so just assume that they're gonna get the same VAs as their counterparts in other Hoyo games.
 
I also feel like once the Nexus Bond Test starts #4REAL for those who can say they got access to it maybe someone can compare my fancast + birthday speculations against whatever animaster details they saw in the test version of Nexus Anima and see if I'm currently right about things... all because Hoyo said that things would be subject to change over the coming months.
